Jaikoz is also Java based... I was a bit perturbed how the Lion upgrade removed a pre-existing Java installation (OK it was the Apple one but I didn't expect them to actively remove it) and my Mercurial installation (which was installed from a dmg). There may be other things missing but I've not found them yet.
