My situation is exactly the oposite: the desktop PC which I upgraded from
Windows 7 to 10 does not have any problem nor delay, either via Check for
Updates or download through a web browser; the netbook in which I had to
clean-install Windows 10 have these issues. I don't know if this is related
to be using Insider Preview builds in the laptop, while using the Release
Preview ring on desktop, that is, the same builds received by the general
public.
