I am using IE 11 browser and when I am on a web site and reading an article that I would like to forward to some else I run into this problem. I press the alt key and then arrow up to send to and then arrow to send page or down arrow to send link and press enter key nothing happens. I have used this many times over the years just fine. I have not been able to find my problem. I am not talking about forwarding an email from the end box. Hope I have made myself clear. The problem must be in my settings.

Are you talking about sending a link via e-mail? If so, this should open whatever e-mail client you are using. This works fine for me with Windows 10, Firefox ESR 52 and MS Outlook 2010. They all play nice together. Maybe check your applications in your browser. You should have one for "e-mail.
