Adrian, If I am using the PC cursor, I get the same results with my Outlook 2010 as you describe. I can arrow through: B e h a l f, o f, But it won't arrow through your name. However, if I shift-tab back to the "From:" line, and then press control-left arrow till I hear JAWS begin to spell the word Behalf backwards As I press the control-left arrow, I can then switch to the JAWS cursor with insert-minus and I can arrow forward through your name with the right arrow key. David, I just put focus in the "From" line and maximized the window. Same result. But I should elaborate. I can get JAWS to go character by character through parts of the "From" line in your message, such as "on behalf of," but as soon as your name appears, this capability ceases. I can have your name spelled out by pressing JAWS key+numpad 5, but I can't go character by character. Again, I'm not overly worried about this. I only wanted to give Maria a workaround. But it is curious. That's a problem when you have the long "From" lines that come with list messages.
