Hi Vicki, Here you go: To turn the Smart Screen filter off / on: 1. Open IE, & press, Alt + T, for Tools. 2. Arrow down to, Smart Screen filter submenu, & right arrow to open. Pressing the letter, T, is the shortcut key after opening Tools to get here as well 3. Arrow down to, Turn off Smart screen filter...., & press enter. 4. Make sure the, Turn off SmartScreen Filter, radio button is selected. Tab to, Okay, & press enter. Unload & reload IE to make sure the settings change takes affect.
