Sorry, I'm really not sure. What browser are you using? There definitely
used to be a "smart screen filtering" option in IE, which you could turn
off. That'd probably do the trick.
Note that this is actually supposed to protect you from fishing schemes
and
other stuff. I don't know how efficacious it really is. I suspect, not
that
much, really. But still, you might want to remember to turn it back on
again
after you've installed Outlook Express.
