We have best Buy Geek Squad insurance plans, so I took this issue to them, and
they say this is a total hoax and a way that companies are trying to get into
your PC. We have paid for GeekSquad insurance, for several years, and have had
top-notch phone support for any issue, plus in-home tune-ups at no extra
charge.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Virus Warning

Morning all.
Using Jaws 2018 and Windows 10 on a dell laptop, has anyone ever gotten a
message from “Microsoft” stating something about a virus? The voice on the
message was feminine, and British. And it gave a toll free number to call, or
it will disable my laptop. It said something about sending my information to an
unknown IP address. Unfortunately, mornings for us are at best hectic and I was
not able to determine whether it was credible or not. I also would like to know
of there is a way to get previous notifications regarding issues such as this.
