What I did was run CCleaner while the message is still player, when you run CCleaner at that point it automatically shuts everything down to do its pc cleaning. After ccleaner is done then I run a viper scan. So I never need to shut down my computer. One note though I have CCleaner professional!

I shut down the computer and ran several scans with different anti-virus programs, and it never detected anything. I think it is a phishing scam to try to get you to call their number for support, which will then charge you and then take over control of your computer and install who-knows-what.
