I don't know with defender. It appears that you have a virus. If you really not comfortable removing it your self I suggest calling the Microsoft accessibility line. I am sure they can help and insure your machine is clean. Unfortunately I don't have their number at hand but I am sure others on the list can provide the number. I am pretty sure it is coming from Defender.
