Good morning;

Thanks to David and Annette for they're suggestions.

thinking about this a little further, I went to jaws help,
Topic Word,
protected forms,
I tried following the steps, however, I couldn't get the form fields to be
announced.
I even used, "prompt terminators"
the only way I could have the form fields announced is, while in the
document,
press insert+f2, arrow down until I heard,
custom label, and pressed enter.
now, I labelled the field.

once I did this, for each field, then? jaws would read them.

essentially I need,

Date;

Time;

Message from;

Message To;

Message Content;

for each field, my friend could type in the relevant information.
