Mike, Actually there is text in that document it is just formatted in such a way that Jaws can't recognize it. I have heard of two work around. Print the document and scan it into something jaws can read either a text document or a word document. The second work around is grab somebody with eyeballs and get them to read it to you. I am not sure if this is a matter of extra security or simply sloppy authoring. I do know it is a real pain.
