Hello,

I want to revise my steps for adding a bookmark when using Outlook 2007. The steps I gave worked when creating a message. You can add bookmarks in an Outlook 2007 message that you have received but you first need to go into edit mode. The steps would be as follows:

1. Open a received message.
2. Press Alt followed by H followed by E to enter the editing mode.
3. If the message is in the HTML format you can then use the CTRL+shift+F5 to bring up the bookmarks dialog. This is the same as finding the bookmark button on the insert tab that becomes available in edit mode. If you are viewing the message in plain text then you can use Alt followed by P followed by H to change to HTML mode. This is the same as going to the options tab and navigating to the HTML button and pressing enter key or spacebar. You will then be able to use the bookmark choice on the insert tab or the CTRL+shift+F5.

Estelita, I'll check later when I am at a system with Office 2003, but if I remember right you might need to use Word as the editor in Outlook 2003.

Take care.
