Hello,

Outlook 2003 doesn't give a person the same capability of adding bookmarks to long messages like Outlook 2007 offers. However, there is an alternative to using bookmarks that you might want to use in Outlook 2003.

1. Open the message.
2. Move to a position in the message where you want to be able to quickly move to again.
3. You should be viewing the message in HTML and not plain text.
4. In the edit menu find the menu item for going into edit mode and press enter key.
5. In the insert menu press enter key on the hyperlink choice.
6. Use shift+tab to move to the "type" combo box and use up arrow to the top of the list where the "other" choice will be found. 7. use tab key to the edit control where you can type in the name for the link. Type it in and then tab to the OK button and press spacebar.
8. Close the message and answer "yes" that you want to save changes.
9. Open the message again and go into the links list using JAWS key with F7. 10. Find the link to move to and tab once to the "move to link" button and press enter key.

The above should work as well as a bookmark. The links should continue to be available the same way that bookmarks would be.

Take care.
