Hi Jim; Have you tried unloading and restarting Jaws when this happens? I know this is not a fix but, I'm just curious if doing this will help. I have encountered times that when I open an email Jaws reads nothing and unloading / reloading Jaws will stop the issue for the time being, anyway. Hope this helps. Take care. Mike
