Hi Brad Try the following. 1. Open the Word configuration manager. 2. Go down to Text Processing & right arrow to open. 3. Arrow down to General & right arrow to open. 4. Arrow down to Enhanced Edit Support, if this box is checked, press spacebar to uncheck it. 5. Tab to okay & press enter to save your changes & close.
