Hi,I would chose to uninstall only Jaws as if you uninstall sshared
components it could change other programs on your computer.

I think I will uninstall Jaws v12 and reinstall it to correct (hopefully)
my start menu suddenly going silent. The choices in win 7 control panel is
uninstall Jaws and uninstall Jaws and shared components. Which one would
you pick and why? Thanks.
