After I clicked remove button it said: in order to remove the critical
items, you must reboot or something along those lines.


It didn't say anything about "warning asking whether you want to continue
even though you have not selected any items for removal."
However, when I had the free version it did state what you said.
Hmm. Weird.

When you click on the Remove button at the bottom of the page, you will get
a warning asking whether you want to continue even though you have not
selected any items for removal.  If you click on No, you are returned to the
results page where you are supposed to select the items you want to remove. 
Of course, there is no way to find them or the check boxes to select them. 
If you click on Yes, SAS will return to the main menu without removing the
malicious items.
