Hi David, Gerald, & Kimsan, Something has changed SAS in the definitions updates that doesn't require all the threats to be checked before removing them. This change must have taken place recently, how recently I don't know. Before, I had to have my wife click a particular box with the mouse to select all threats for removal then, after this box was checked I didn't have any more problems & I started getting the current options, continue, remove, & reboot. This is now the way it is in both the free & professional versions. I run both versions on different computers & have experienced this problem & fix with both versions. Also, you used to be able to buy a lifetime license for the pro version but, that isn't possible any more as well. You can only buy 1 year subscriptions of the pro version. Take care. Mike

If you click on No, you are returned to the results page where you are supposed to select the items you want to remove. Of course, there is no way to find them or the check boxes to select them. If you click on Yes, SAS will return to the main menu without removing the malicious items.
