Gerald; Further to my previous message, If I did have the trial version; Then? Shouldn't I be able to use some of the features? Schedule a scan? Enable real time protection? Automatically check for updates? When I enter on any of these, I'm taken to an okay button, AND, IT SHOW ON THE SCREEN; SUPERAntiSpyware Professional Feature
SO FREE VERSION IT IS. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of David Sent: Thursday, May 03, 2012 6:56 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS And Superantispyware Hello there; Well, After doing the install, I did a definition update, Next ran a scan, At the end of the scan I was prompted that there were items, There was a continue button, I clicked, I waited a short time, and was prompted to restart the computer, Actually given choice restart now, or, later. Once the computer restarted, Went to SAS in the system tray, Chose, Scan for spyware, Went to manage quarantine items, And enter on delete all button. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Kimsan Sent: Thursday, May 03, 2012 1:35 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS And Superantispyware Jerald: After I clicked remove button it said: in order to remove the critical items, you must reboot or something along those lines. It didn't say anything about "warning asking whether you want to continue even though you have not selected any items for removal." However, when I had the free version it did state what you said. Hmm. Weird. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Gerald Levy Sent: Wednesday, May 02, 2012 2:08 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS And Superantispyware When you click on the Remove button at the bottom of the page, you will get a warning asking whether you want to continue even though you have not selected any items for removal. If you click on No, you are returned to the results page where you are supposed to select the items you want to remove. Of course, there is no way to find them or the check boxes to select them. If you click on Yes, SAS will return to the main menu without removing the malicious items.
