um ok? Jaws didn't read me anything additional that you wrote. I am not in 
need of finding how to connect to the internet, I am connected, well for 
most part,lol.
I have clicked on the notification in the sys-tray when it says...not 
connected no internet access, then usually windows will find it fix it and 
be back online.
I know where my switch is to turn off my internet connection as well on side 
of my laptop.
So, like I was asking about passwords, it was a guy named Tom who was 
needing all this other stuff.

As you can see from the email answers. That wireless on/off switch on
newer laptops and netbooks can be either a switch or key combo. For
every type and model it is different.
Now Trish read my email and it will tell you about that pass
phrase/wep key and where or how to get it.
