[JAWS-Users] hidden taskbar icons

earlier today, I sent in a question on how to get the taskbar icons back, but 
obviously didn’t phrase it correctly. 
  my problem is: when on the taskbar, say start, if you hit the right arrow, it 
says an icon, and if you hit the right arrow again, it says another icon. my 
laptop no longer does this, and need to find out how to “unhide” the icons. I 
use win 7, jaws 12.1. can anyone help me?
