this is what is on the taskbar page, and nothing else

Appearance: lock the taskbar (unchecked)
Appearance: auto-hide the taskbar (unchecked)
Appearance: keep the taskbar on top of other windows (checked)
Appearance: group similar taskbar buttons (checked)
Appearance: show quick launch (checked)
