Hi Tom, Do the following to get to your Taskbar properties: 1. Press the windows key to open the start menu. 2. Press the, escape key, & you will hear, Start Button. 3. Press, Alt + Enter, to open the Taskbar & Start Menu properties. 4. You will be on Taskbar properties when this window opens so, tab a few times to, Taskbar appearance Taskbar location on screen combobox. Arrow up or down to the, Bottom, option in this combobox. 5.
