Hi Randy, Yes, at times this application is a bit stubborn to remove, but please try the following: 1. In Windows7 go to c:\Programs files (S86) an open the following folder: DVDVideoSoft 2. Press enter on the following file: unins000.exe Note: you can always press Alt+Enter on this file to review the Properties and confirm that it is indeed the correct setup/uninstall file. 3. This will begin the uninstall process so just follow the prompts.
