Joe, I just started reading this thread.
Are you saying that any time you "uninstall" a program, i.e. from the "features" page that there are still remnants floating around?
If so, how do you search for these and get rid of them?
Here is another dumb question.
How does one get to the area you mentioned, c:\Programs files (S86)?
This is a bit new to me.

I do have Win 7 and JAWS 15.0.

Yes, at times this application is a bit stubborn to remove, but please try
the following:
1. In Windows7 go to c:\Programs files (S86) an open the following folder:
DVDVideoSoft
2. Press enter on the following file:
unins000.exe
Note: you can always press Alt+Enter on this file to review the Properties
and confirm that it is indeed the correct setup/uninstall file.
3. This will begin the uninstall process so just follow the prompts.

Please let me know if you get a different result. <Smile>.

friends, I'm looking for an add/remove utility that's accessible with jaws.
I got a program called, dvd video soft youtube to mp3 converter. this
blasted thing when i click on the add/remove it just stands there and
says....uninstall. it does nothing.
