Hi Randy, Unfortunately you uninstalled improperly, so at this point who knows what happened or will happen.
Please reboot the computer and look once again within the c:\Program files (X86) folder. You're looking for the DVDVidosoft folder and the uninstall EXE file. At times the reboot will put the installation files where they belong. For anyone else reading this thread, please never, absolutely never think you can properly uninstall an application by simply deleting the Program files folder. <Smile>. Applications create files and folders all over the operating system including C:\Users folder and registry, so by deleting the program files folder you're only removing parts of the application.
