There are times when I receive an email with an attachment, but no matter what I do I am unable to either find or locate that attachment. Most of the time I have no problem with attachments, either finding or opening them. But it seems that from certain coworkers I have the problem all the time. Does this have to do with how they are making the attachment? Or something else? It's incredibly frustrating for both me and the person who sends me the attachments because I can't tell them why their attachments are inaccessible. Has anyone else seen this? And more to the point, can you explain why this happens and how to remedy it?
