I have seen this type of behaviour. I have no idea why but sometimes the attachment is attached as an attachment but other times it appears as a graphic in the body of the email. I usally locate with the PcCursor and route the jaws cursor to the pc and right click on it. It can be tricky some times. A thought I just had, would the insert + F5 bring it up into the list? Hi All, Despite my subject line, this issue occurs in both outlook 2010 and 2013 so ... There are times when I receive an email with an attachment, but no matter what I do I am unable to either find or locate that attachment. Most of the time I have no problem with attachments, either finding or opening them. But it seems that from certain coworkers I have the problem all the time. Does this have to do with how they are making the attachment? Or something else? It's incredibly frustrating for both me and the person who sends me the attachments because I can't tell them why their attachments are inaccessible. Has anyone else seen this? And more to the point, can you explain why this happens and how to remedy it?
