It should be available in 8 as well. It's down near the bottom of the menu. I know this option is available in version 8 because I used it with that version. This facility has been available with OCR programs for a while. If you don't find it, I'd suggest searching the help files for it. Since I don't have version 8 anymore, that's the best I can do.
