Hi.
There's a program called DSpeech that works sort of like text aloud,
just fyi. As to getting eloquence, you need SAPI4 eloquence to manage
that. It's called IBM Via Voice, I think K1000 used to install it but
not positive of that. I know IBM's Home Page Reader web browser did. I
don't think it is legal to distribute Via Voice so I won't link to it or
anything like that here.
