Hello, Not sure if this will address your issue, but it is taken from a response I received from FS tech support when I wrote to them about sluggishness with Jaws and Internet Explorer. HTH
If the issue persist, try running internet explorer with extensions disabled and see if the issue still take place. 1. Activate the run dialog "Windows key+r" 2.
