Ah, yes, okay.
I'm not sure if that will require having admin rights to this machine.  I'll 
have to check.  At work, we have to apply for those.  (sigh)

Have you tried running a JAWS Repair? Instructions for doing this have been 
circulated on this list previously.

>From memory, you download the JAWS installer and run it with a "/type repair"
option on the command line. This you can do from a "run" dialogue or from a 
command prompt.
