Is this the same as a system restore? If so, I've made too many changes to my system since this problem began. If it's something else, please let me know. Obviously, I'm not familiar with what that would be.

Say I open an email and set it up for reply, I leave the message, return to the edit field, and all JAWS will do is read the clipboard. The workaround is to alt-enter out of the email and alt-enter back in, although who knows why that works. However, it's a nuisance, and it happens in other contexts as well, interfering with my work. This afternoon I did a JAWS repair, but it made no difference. I've unchecked every item in the Office clipboard dialog. Again, no difference. Any ideas?
