hi; to have the columns of your choice displayed;
1, Press alt V for the view menu. 2, Press C for columns. you will land on the first column. if you want this column to be showing, then tab and make sure, the item is set to be displayed. to do this, If jaws doesn't indicate whether the item is checked or not, tab and if you find a show button that means it is not checked. If you find a hide button, that means it is checked and you have that column set to display. you can navigate through the columns with your arrow keys.
