I could tell the lady how to automatically minimize to her desk top when ever 
said program has focus, but I hesitate because if she would ever need to have 
access to that program the script wouldn't allow it.  I know because I tried 
such a thing once as an experiment for kicks.

Have you done an insert-t command to find out what program is covering 
things up?

I have the same problem, and when I do the insert-t command, it tells me 
that it's a Norton Antivirus window.

I have also tried alt-f4 and I can't shut it off, but just wanted you to 
know that you are not alone.
