The rule of thumb is if it's something you want to be able to access the 
internet then check the box to allow it.  Other wise say no.  I don't recall 
right off how to turn off the feature bugging you every time a program tries to 
get in to your system.  I agree it's a bit bothersome, but you want to know 
what is trying to get out of your computer for sure.

Walt, I installed the sygate firewall program that David has put up on the 
jaws users homepage. Now it is dinging away, asking me whether or not I 
want a multitude of things access. It is a bunch of things that it says are 
trying to get into my computer. Do I say yes or no? I don't even know what
