I agree that Doc is the most static content type and in some ways maybe the most important for this site... ...but if you look at the doc that is there now, when was it last updated and against which version of the product? It is reassuring (to me, anyway) to be able to open a comments list and see a date that is less than a year old. Then at least, I know someone has looked at this doc.
...otherwise, I think someone needs to commit to refreshing each page of the doc with each release of the product. Maybe that is happening, but I can definitely find screens shots that are out of date.
