Thank you everyone for the feedback. We have put together an initial draft of what will become new process of ATH maintenance. I intend to collectively craft the final shape of the document in a couple of coming weeks and then make it official by adding it as a github repo contribution guidelines.
There are several long term goals we kept in mind: - Tolerable running time over breadth of the suite. - Reliable build status over keeping every test ever written.
