The ~official policy here (at least my policy) is that Operating Systems
don't matter.  As long as it runs under JDK 1.1.8 and a JSDK 2.0
compliant Servlet Engine that is about 99% of systems in the world.  It
might not be friendly under NT but this is just a configuration issue. 
I am +1 for putting NT notes/recommendations in
JetspeedResources.properties.  Just someone post a patch OK? :)
