authentication in 1.2b1

Someone just posted re. having to install MySQL and its JDBC driver with
1.2.  This isn't really necessary.  It's just that,  despite the
installation doc on the web site, user authentication is set to "true"
in the distributed JetspeedResources.properties.  The line should look
like this instead: 

enable.userauthentication=false
