...I agree with Neeme Praks on this. In particular, the bug you report is
corrected in Jetspeed1.2b1. (I had the exact same bug with 1.1). Also, the
documnetation which many people are requesting will be following 1.2.

IMHO, it is better to take the whole step and upgrade to 1.2b1 because a
_LOT_ of bugs were fixed (and probably new ones introduced ;-) in 1.2b1.
And all the developers are more familiar with this (probably have
already forgotten how the 1.1 release behaved ;-), so there is a higher
chance of fixing your problem...
