We have a tiny..tiny..I mean tiny bathroom for 5 people all over the age of
14 so there's not space for anything. I did buy one of those shelves that
goes over the toilet but this room is too small for even that. What I got my
husband to do is to attach the cabinet part of the shelf thingy to the wall
above the toilet. We have ceramic half way up the wall and the rest is just
wallboard so it worked. It's nice because the base or legs that go around
the toilet was just to much and you can't do anything with it anyway but
take up space.

Inside the tub I attached wire spice racks like you'd use in the kitchen
right on the top of ceramic that makes up the bath/shower area. That way we
can put our shampoo and other things that are needed. I make sure they only
have one shampoo/conditioner a piece and it seems to work out very well.
Then on top of the shower head pipe I attached a wire shelf again like what
you'd find used in a kitchen right to the wall and that gave us a little
more storage area. Make sure you attach it high enough so that the hand held
shower head has room to move around. It has really worked fine for us
because we need all the space we can get.
