CTRL+L and CTRL+O are internal commands to Internet Explorer. I have know
idea whether CTRL+D is an internal command or not or, whether it is the JAWS
command to go to the Address Bar.

I am sort of confused. I have always used Alt+D to go to the address bar
in both IE and Firefox. What is the real command for doing this? What
