Having received my Receiver and new Controller earlier today, I've
noticed a couple of points with the Controller that the QA department
might want to look at.

1. The scroll wheel has a "click" that you can feel as you turn it.
After some experimentation, it seems to be either 2 or 4 times per
revolution depending on exactly how you're pushing it, and I suspect
that there is some kind of "pimple" somewhere on the moulding of the
wheel that sometimes catches as it passes the gaps between the four
surrounding buttons. I had a look with a magnifying glass but didn't
see anything on the edge of the wheel, so I guess it's on the
underside.

2. At times I thought I saw some subtle "banding" effects on the
display, but they were very fleeting. I then discovered that if you
touch the screen, the underlying display exhibits distortions - patches
of changed colour, similar to what happens when you press on an LCD
monitor. It only needs a very light touch - no conscious pressure is
needed. I get the feeling that simply using the controls (scroll wheel,
pressing buttons) is very slightly distorting the entire body of the
Controller enough to create those transient banding effects.

The old Jive handset doesn't exhibit either of these issues.
