The preexisting code I am using creates pdb files with no extentions. If I don't have an extension, the jmol viewer will not render. If I put an extension, like .txt, it will work. Is this a problem having to do with jmol, or is it something outside of it, like my Catalyst framework that is making it so a file without an extension is not recognized?
