Although Chime sometimes has a small bug:
In the animation of a reaction like: A--B C ---> A---B---C ---> A B--C
When you load the structures as wireframe and then set 'wireframe 0.1' within the first frames of the animation, sometimes the bond B---C is shown as 'wireframe 0' because the bond wasn't formed when the wireframe-command was given.
You said set 'wireframe 0.1' within the first frames of the animation
Do you mean that you start the animation and then set wireframe? load xyz someMultiframeAnimation.xyz anim on ... wireframe .1
Yes, something like that. Unfortunately I can't reproduce the bug right now. But don't worry about Chime's Bugs.
