Rolf, I am currently writing a webpage for visualizing mineral structures, intended for secondary education (high school-college). I want the ability to altern between 1cell view-27 cells view. In that respect I would like that as well as focusing on one single cell, all the changes applied are affected to the whole set of atoms, so that when the user switches to the 27 cells view, he could see the same changes applied on the whole "cristal". I tried it with 10.9.75 and it creates a cloud of halos around the main cell, preventing the user from seeing what the changes are doing. I understand your argument, it is true that this behaviour can be tricky and misleading in other cases ! Cheers, Paul
