I agree. There are already a plethora of "job boards" available for recruiters and HR departments. I like the down & dirty version of the NYPHP mailing list. It also amuses me to see email messages that start with, "Hi, I would like you to post this for me..."

I've no problems with the way it is now. I can see why some recruiters might not appreciate the potential for negative feedback but the target market for the list is after all us and not recruiters. I appreciate seeing the comments so long as they stay on point and don't beat the dead and burned beyond all recognition horse.
