Thanks Hans, and all, for the feedback.  Judging from the recent comments, we 
will be leaving things as is.  There is really nothing wrong with the way 
things are - people just need to be responsible mailing list members, and keep 
good netiquette.

Just as with any active list, these are important things to remember.
