LOL - me too! I have to do a performance contract and then, at the end of the year, i have to say whether I met my objectives or not. Problem is, when you work for government, the goals and objectives can change overnight (like if there's an election or a cabinet shuffle). So what we usually end up doing is, at the end of the fiscal year, we do the whole thing in one go (it's pretty easy to figure out what your objectives were supposed to be after you've already met them.) > I just wish I was paid a commission for every Joni > cover I found! ;~) > See, that's the thing - you've got to be *passionate&* about your work!
